REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2024 outdoor track season for our youth athletes will start on January 10, 2024, through February 28, 2024.  All documentation must be turned in prior to start of season.  Onsite registrations will be our primary way of registering new athletes. 

Late registration for High School track athletes will be open through April 17, 2024.  Athletes should register as soon as possible so that ample time is provided to order their custom uniform.

Our track season officially starts on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Athletes are expected to participate in conditioning before we transition to the track.

PRACTICE DAYS / TIMES / LOCATIONS

Strength & Conditioning starts on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Jack Russell Stadium from 6:00 - 7:00pm.  This is our official first day of practice.  The intent of these sessions is to develop a solid foundation for our athletes before transitioning to the track.

Conditioning will be held on Monday's and Wednesday's at the same time as registration until the end of February or otherwise stated by the coaches.

Please note that for athletes to participate in our offseason conditioning they must be registered with the track club.  A deposit of $75.00 / per athlete or the total registration fee will be required before any athlete can participate.  This fee is non-refundable or transferable.

These sessions are not intended as trials / try-outs, but rather to develop a foundation for our athletes who will be competing.

On Track - Practice starts on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

Practice is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 - 8:00pm for all age groups at Oak Grove Middle School. The team will look to shift back to Clearwater High School once we receive confirmation back from the school.  Practice location will be communicated with parents prior to scheduled practice time.

•  Athletes participating in high school can practice with the team during high school season.  High School athletes can also participate in track meets.  Coaches will monitor workload.
•  The coaches will not cancel practice because of rainy weather in general.  Practice will be held as scheduled except in the event of dangerous weather, such as extremely heavy rain or lightning.  In the event that a scheduled practice is cancelled ahead of time, due to weather, the club will attempt to inform the members by our BAND account, SMS text message and Facebook.
